At FCS Financial, part of the Farm Credit System, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal with specialized knowledge in Title & Real Estate to join our Legal Services team.

- Legal Expertise: You’ll be at the heart of our legal operations, supporting our internal legal counsel with critical tasks that ensure compliance and smooth real estate transactions.
- Document Mastery: Prepare, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Legal Support: Provide comprehensive support to our title services and loan services teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Associate degree in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Paralegal Certification preferred. A background in real estate law or title services with strong understanding of real estate transactions and compliance. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
