Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality creative output to support various departments across the organization
• Facilitate effective communication, eliminate ambiguity, and foster a collaborative environment
• Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Oversee the planning, design, approval, and production processes for each project
• Coordinate logistics, set up kickoffs, and handle legal agreements and contracts
• Manage asset inventory and ensure efficient resource allocation

Qualifications and Skills:

• Undergraduate degree and 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or agency setting
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in the telecommunications industry or with Hive project management software is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships
• Adaptable and flexible, with a solutions-oriented mindset
