POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for planning, managing and directing teams and for ensuring the safety of participants.
JOB LOCATION: Wellmark YMCA
HOURS/DAYS SCHEDULE:Evenings and Weekends
HOURLY PAY RATE:$11.00-$13.00/hour, based on experience and credentials

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist in the planning and direction of team practices.Attend team practices, team meets, and regular coaches meetings.Assist in development of team events and lesson plans.Assist in coordinating team entry information.Report specific problems or needs to supervisor or designated staff person.Know emergency procedures and be able to demonstrate them.Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or designated staff person.Demonstrate and support the objectives of the Association as embodied in the mission statement and values.
