Job Description:
Full-time Sales and Customer Service Specialist New Prague, MNJoin Bevcomm and receive a $500 signing bonus plus an
additional retention bonus of $500 after six months of employment!
Bevcomm is seeking to hire a self-directed, enthusiastic individual to join
our Sales and Customer Service Team in New Prague. Youll sell and
promote high-speed Internet, video and phone services while listening
closely to each customers needs, explain our products and services
in-depth; and recommend the right solutions. Youll identify and
troubleshoot a full range of issues involving phone, video, Internet, email
and more. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
The following skills and experience are preferred: Two or more years of
experience in a customer service capacity, excellent communication and
organizational skills, problem solving skills, previous help desk experience
is a plus, demonstrates professionalism, ability to create custom
solutions for customers, intermediate skills with Microsoft and Internet
applications.
