Description: Judge healthcare is seeking a Teacher's Assistant for a great school district in Sellersville, PA!


Type: Contract- whole school year and on!


Hours: Mon-Fri 8:15am-3:45pm


Pay: Competitive and based on experience



Key Responsibilities:

• Provide small group support to students.


• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.


• Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources.


• Support students with special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).


• Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess or lunch.


• Assist with grading assignments and recording grades.


• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.


• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Patience, empathy, and a passion for education.


• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.


• Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology.
