Our client, a food manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join their team and oversee the planning, design, and execution of critical projects that will shape their future. As a key member of their leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives that optimize production, expand capacity, and enhance their overall operational efficiency.



What you'll do:

• 
  Lead and manage a diverse range of engineering projects, from plant expansions to equipment installations and upgrades.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, production, and engineering, to ensure project success.
• 
  Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• 
  Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track and within budget.
• 
  Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• 
  Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to minimize project risks.
• 
  Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and technical teams.

What you'll bring:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial).
• 
  5+ years of experience in project engineering in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or beverage.
• 
  Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
• 
  Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of engineering principles.
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• 
  A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to find innovative solutions.
