Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of middle school students with special needs? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team.



Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans aligned with district curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with families and collaborate with school staff.
• Complete all necessary special education paperwork according to state regulations.
• Conduct IEP meetings and write progress reports.
• Collect and analyze student data.
• Provide instruction in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education.
• Valid Massachusetts Teaching License in Special Education (Moderate or Severe Disabilities).
• Proven experience working with students with special needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

About the Role:

• Full-time position with Monday-Friday hours.
• Work in substantially separate classrooms designed for students with social emotional disabilities or Autism.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals to provide support to students.
