IT Asset Inventory Analyst at The Judge Group Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Asset Inventory Analyst. As an IT Asset Inventory Analyst your role is to understand the current state of the IT assets in the environment. This role will be crucial in ensuring the IT Asset Standards are leveraged for new inventory purchases and understanding what is needed for current and forecasted usage.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Experience in Managing inventory of new and used computers, printers, and copiers; software assets and licenses; and other technical equipment or supplies.


• Maintain accurate records of all assets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.


• Exposure in managing and implementing organization policies and processes to control and maintain physical assets.


• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance asset value and minimize costs.


• Need to create and modify dashboard/ reporting in Service Now.


• Analysis skills to identify trends and develop processes to improve.


• Conduct physical inventory in multiple locations.


• Review IT asset standards and assist with validating purchase orders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven working experience with 5+ years hands on IT Asset Management experience.


• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.


• Experienced and knowledgeable in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.


• Demonstrated ability to use ServiceNow platform.


• Knowledge of IT Asset Management and Discovery tools.


• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks/projects to required deadlines.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Attention to detail and proven researching ability.


• Effective judgement in prioritizing and time allocation.


• Ability to research IT hardware trends.
