Job Description:

Clean Tech is looking for an experienced Hi-Lo Operator at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers paid certification and opportunities for advancement.

Job Title: Hi-Lo Operator

Location: Dundee, MI

Pay: $18.75/hr

Shift: 7am-7:30pm (3-2-2-3 schedule; 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3off)

What you’ll be doing:

• Load, unload and move materials to and from production lines, hold and transport areas


• Operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products


• Inspect and count materials, documenting key information  


• Shovel loose materials into containers for inspection


• Move and load bulk trucks/cars manually


• Be in a harness to load a rail car or bulk truck approximately 20’ in the air.

What’s Required to be a Hi-Lo Operator?

• Minimum of six (6) months forklift operation experience


• Climbing on and off forklift continuously throughout shift


• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions


• Able to work at heights up to 20 feet using proper PPE.
