Requirements and Description

As a cross utilized supervisor, you will be responsible for the entire employee pool in Kalispell. The customer service side consists of ticket counter, gate, baggage service, wheelchairs pushing, aircraft cleaning, and other duties as required. The below wing side includes baggage handling, sorting, and scanning, aircraft movement, aircraft cleaning, equipment maintenance, and other duties as required. Supervisor duties include employee work duty schedules, daily performance reports for Delta and United, assisting with interviews, ensuring the daily operation runs smoothly, and other duties as assigned. Drug testing, background checks, fingerprinting, and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
