About the role:
As a Human Resources Systems Coordinator for TQL, you will be handling all operational aspects of our human resources system. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and maintenance is upheld, while working with various teams.

What you’ll be doing:
Confirm the accuracy and integrity of data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and assures information is available on a timely basis
Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions through the HR helpline and escalating calls as necessary
Work with the recruiting team to ensure new hires are active in the HRIS system the day of hire to start orientation
Work with the on-boarding team to ensure compliance of legal forms such as I9 and non-compete forms
Work with multiple business partners to update the HRIS system with organizational changes, compensation changes and cost center creation/updates
Provides information upon request
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred
1+ year of relevant work or internship experience
Workday or HRIS system knowledge a plus
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Extremely detail oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work ethic
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain confidential information is of extreme importance
Strong work ethic and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in and out of the HR Department
Experience maintaining data preferred
