COOP Education Student at Mass. Eye and Ear (MEE) in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Assists in all facets of public affairs activities. Writes, edits and produces newsletters; write, distribute and follow-up on news releases; participate in special events and projects; provide photography assistance; perform mailings as well as field telephone inquiries from the media and public. Internship will involve interaction with a wide range of people.



Qualifications

Position requires student to be in his or her junior or senior year of college, or a communications graduate student, and have course work and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: communication, journalism, English, or marketing. Student should have PC experience, and good interpersonal and writing skills. Desktop publishing and photography experience desired, but not necessary.
