Job Description:

Operates Shuttle Bus over a designated route around theHospital and parking lots in a safe, courteous and considerate manner. Picks upand discharges passengers. Maintains the bus in a safe, clean condition.



Job SpecificResponsibilities:

• EmployeesMake continual rounds to and from designated parking areas to pick up and dropoff to their vehicles.


• Monitorparking areas and report any incidents via the two-way radio system to theshift Sergeant of Officer in charge.


• Make surethe shuttle bus is in safe operating condition, i.e. lights, tires, windshieldwipers, etc.


• Reportany defective equipment to the shift Sergeant/Officer in charge or the SecurityDirector.


• Make sureall employees get into their vehicle safely and the vehicle starts beforeleaving the area.


• Must comply with the Partners' Vehicle fleet Safety Programguidelines and NSMC Policy for Drivers' Operating Vehicles for HospitalBusiness.

Qualifications

Ability to communicatein a pleasant, sensitive manner.


A Valid and Current Driver's License, and cleandriver's record per NSMC policy, which will be reviewed annually duringemployee's employment.
