The starting hourly pay for this position is $18.00 hourly.

Ability to Work from Home upon completion of training timeline. Hours for this position will be Monday – Friday 9:30am-6:00pm and rotating Saturdays 9am-1pm

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:


75%

Promptly and accurately handles member transactions including withdrawals, deposits, payments, and other member requests while actively educating and providing product guidance to members. Assist members in the servicing of their account by answering questions.


10%

Uncovers existing and potential members’ needs and recommend solutions to improve their financial well using a sales through service consultative approach. Recognizes opportunities and refers members to internal business partners for specialized services including investments, mortgage, or commercial lending.


5%

Performs department specific functions as needed, including but not limited to using document processing, balancing, opening/closing the department, troubleshooting machines.

Ensures the accurate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.





Knowledge and Skills:

Experience

One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Education

A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Other Skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities, ability to use multiple applications on a computer simultaneously, willingness to learn,strong member focus, attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements

Light or low amount of physical exertion. Sitting for long periods of time.

May sit for long periods of time
