About the Role and about You:

The Corporate Flight Attendant position is based in Hawthorne, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to aircraft passengers while upholding the safety standards of the position.


You are highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator with a strong focus on safety. You excel at transforming challenging situations into positive experiences, leaving a lasting impression and ensuring our customers continue to choose us for their travel needs.


What you will do:

  • Ensure the aircraft is stocked with necessary supplies, catering, and amenities for passengers
  • Conduct a thorough safety check of the cabin, emergency equipment, and exits prior to passenger boarding
  • Brief passengers on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the use of safety equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight, including cleaning after meals
  • Provide a high level of personalized service to passengers, catering to their individual needs, preferences, and requests including the handling of any special requests, such as dietary restrictions, etc.
  • Serve meals and beverages, ensuring a fine-dining experience, often including gourmet catering
  • Assist passengers with in-flight entertainment, Wi-Fi, and other services for comfort and enjoyment
  • Coordinate closely with the flight crew, catering staff, and ground operations to ensure smooth service
  • Monitor the cabin throughout the flight for any safety issues or passenger concerns
  • Follow proper emergency protocols and assist passengers in case of evacuation or other critical situations
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion, especially when flying high-profile or VIP passengers
  • Conduct post-flight safety checks and prepare the aircraft for the next flight
  • Will be trained and qualified under Part 135 and fly some part 135 charters
  • Perform other duties as needed


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 7 years of corporate flight attendant work experience
  • Must have culinary/chef background, fine dining, and meal planning experience
  • Completion of FACTS, Flight Safety or equivalent FAA certified training program
  • Valid California Driver's License and minimum age of 18
  • Ability to pass FAA drug/alcohol screening and background check
  • Available to fly on short notice (2-3 hour response if on standby.)
