Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Fraud Triage Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. The Triage Analyst is responsible for monitoring, researching, and on-boarding requests to Investigations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prioritize assigned alerts based on thresholds


• Responsible for the entering of research data into the alerts


• Research and obtain documentation on all products related to the unusual activity


• Complete thorough research on all applicable systems to provide adequate information to Investigations


• Maintain the daily production requirement provided by management


• Maintain all alerts within the Triage Analyst timeframes


• Report findings to Team Lead regarding systems, processes, or procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Banking background, Fraud/AML background, and/or experience analyzing transactional data


• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages (Microsoft Office, etc.)


• Attention to detail (dates, dollar amounts, names, etc.)


• Self-motivated

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
