Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Marketing Manager III.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy and program that aligns with the company's business objectives and priority audiences (mid-market and enterprise customers)
Identify content gaps and opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and create an editorial calendar that supports the content plan
Lead the creation and management of compelling, valuable, and shareable content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions; This includes creating content briefs, assigning tasks, reviewing and editing content, and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality across all channels
Track and report on content performance metrics and use data insights to inform content strategy, optimize content creation, and improve ROI
Collaborate with other teams to integrate content metrics with broader business goals and performance indicators
Partner with media agencies to amplify content
Report on progress and metrics on a regular basis
Ensure quality work is delivered on-time for all campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional writing and ability to craft content for mid-market and enterprise level audiences
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and think on your feet
Hands-on experience managing various content projects related to product go-to-market, audience, and SEO improvements, and stakeholder management
Experience working in B2B, preferably working in enterprise sales environments
Strong partnership skills to work with different teams and creative, analytical, and strategic mindsets when it comes to content off-platform like social, influencers, and video
Able to create a hypothesis, uncover web and content insights, and provide recommendations to optimize
Comfortable working with multiple platforms and stakeholders, with a comfortable knowledge level of technical SEO
Experience managing a content calendar, schedule, briefing agency topics, reviewing and editing for SEO and content accuracy, as well as reviewing, editing, briefing, and revising content drafts
Foundational knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO
Exceptional professional writing and interpersonal communications skills
Strong ability to take strategic direction, research necessary tactics, and create a working process of execution
Ability to self-start, organize, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Practical problem-solving skills with experience in communication, email writing, software, and time management
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
