Semicon Engineering Program Manager at Infosys Limited in San Ramon, California

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Semicon Engineering Program Manager. In this, you will be responsible for Mobile Program for Infosys clients by collaborating with multiple teams, driving and executing and improvement of various programs. We're looking for an experienced Program Managers with Mobility experience to work with our team of consultants at a thriving omnichannel retail organizations. We are now seeking solid a competent senior program manager oversee a portfolio of projects. In this role you will gain experience of managing a high profile mobility portfolio working closely with the leadership team, the directors and their teams. This is a consulting role working as part of a long-term Mobile program roadmap delivery program.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Ramon, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 15 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience with Semiconductor Industry

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least • At least 15 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry
• Pre-sales and Proposal development experience in the Semiconductor and embedded systems domain
• Responsible for planning and execution of strategic and tactical projects
• Client engagement, ability to articulate value proposition and position Infosys services in the areas of Front-end & Back-end Silicon design, IP development, post silicon validation & embedded system development
• Identify new market opportunities, assess market trends, devise strategies and advise the Infosys Engineering leadership
• Participate in customer meetings and workshops to develop opportunities in the Semiconductor domain
• Participate in opportunity pipeline reviews along with the sales teams and devise proactive pursuit strategies
• Collaborate with Alliance partners and vendors to deliver innovative solutions to customers
• Ability to address specific customer problems and develop and evaluate multiple solution options
• Carry out high level project sizing and oversight for execution by internal teams or external vendors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong expectation management, influencing and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization
• Skill and desire to motivate teams and coach junior members of the team
• Well-organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
