Job Overview for Customer Account Coordinator

This role will support the company's retail division and administrative needs due to rapid business growth. The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a polite, professional demeanor.


Key Responsibilities for Customer Account Coordinator

* Accounts Receivable/Payable: Perform light A/R and A/P tasks, assist with processing daily payments, and manage invoices.
* Data Entry: Input data into Excel spreadsheets and use QuickBooks to gather necessary information.
* Customer Service: Answer 20-25 client calls daily, handle payment processing (including cash, credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo), and provide information or solutions to customer inquiries.



Qualifications for Customer Account Coordinator

* 1-2 years of work experience in customer service or administrative roles.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel is preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Work Environment for Customer Account Coordinator

* Office environment located within a car dealership.
* Casual atmosphere
