Job Description:

Fully Onsite in Loveland CO. $18-$20/HR DOE. Temp To Perm.



Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries related to patient accounts with various medical providers. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, resolving billing concerns, and the reconciliation of accounts. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary contact for patient billing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide accurate and timely information on account status, payment options, and billing procedures.

  • Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in coordination with the billing and collections teams.

  • Explain insurance coverage, claims, and payment processes to clients and patients.

  • Assist in setting up payment plans for patients and ensuring compliance with billing regulations.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, billing questions, and resolutions in the company CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address any operational issues impacting billing processes.

  • Educate patients and clients on available resources and options related to their billing needs.

  • Provide administrative support to the billing team as needed.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within the healthcare or medical billing industry.

  • Strong understanding of medical billing practices, including familiarity with EOBs, claims, and insurance processing.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Proficient in using billing software and CRM systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and organized approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
