Call Center Rep




Seeking a friendly person that loves to talk to people! No sales! No experience in outbound calls required! Training provided for the right person!

• Temp to hire opportunity


• Located in Ijamsville (Frederick County)


• In office, no remote work offered


• Monday-Friday


• 9:00am-5:00pm with a 30 minute paid lunch break

Description:

• Conduct outbound calls to individuals who have signed up for paid market research opportunities, screening and scheduling participants.


• Utilize a provided contact list and screening script, with calls ranging from 5 to 20 minutes per person.


• Screen potential participants to determine eligibility for specific market research projects, then schedule qualifying individuals for their next steps.


• Work with a large database of over 100,000 contacts, using CRM software for data entry.


• Ideal candidates are articulate, friendly, punctual, and able to work a full 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma


• Friendly, professional demeanor, articulate and clear communication.
