DCI Donor Services, Inc. (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation, and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! DCI Donor Services is seeking a Donor Eligibility Assistant to join our team! This position will support all functions of the Donor Eligibility team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has previous experience in the quality or administrative field!

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:

1. Supports all functions of the donor eligibility team as directed by Quality Management.

2. Responsible for maintaining the pending donor record list, requesting any necessary documentation as directed by the DE review team and filing the requested records in the appropriate chart.

3. Prepares notification letters for recovery agency notifications and completes all paperwork for discards.

4. Print, assemble, electronically archive and file all charts and supporting documentation.

5. Performs other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.
  • One year experience in the quality or administrative field, preferred.
