About This Position
CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Case Manager Supervisors to support the wonderful individuals we serve!
This is a full-time, 40-hrs/week, non-exempt position that will be working in our Boston, MA location.
This position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $22/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct supervision of Case Managers to provide constructive feedback and support in completing case management service requirements.
  • Coordinates Case Manager training and orientation under the direction of the Assistant Program Director.
  • Facilitates ongoing supervision of Case Managers and Annual Job Performance Appraisals.
  • Ensures all case management information is accurately entered in Securmanage (counseling sessions, group participation, actions taken in advocating services for assigned caseload, interventions required, resolutions as a result of incidents, etc…)
  • Ensures all resident daily and weekly paperwork is completed timely and accurately.
  • Facilitates assigned groups as designated in program activity schedule for residents.
  • Serves as liaison with Case Managers and community, local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Participates in weekly Program Review Team (PRT) meetings.
  • Assists in facilitating weekly subsistence meeting in ensuring resident compliance.
  • Attends staff meetings and other meetings and trainings as required.
  • Maintains caseload as needed.
  • Conducts monthly audits of resident case files.
  • Reviews/screens case management paperwork prior to submission to Assistant Program Director.
  • Facilitates weekly Case Management Meeting.

  • Job Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related-field preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years relevant experience working within a residential program, correctional program, or human services program.
  • 1 to 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
