About This Position
CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Case Manager Supervisors to support the wonderful individuals we serve!
This is a full-time, 40-hrs/week, non-exempt position that will be working in our Boston, MA location.
This position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $22/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides direct supervision of Case Managers to provide constructive feedback and support in completing case management service requirements.

Coordinates Case Manager training and orientation under the direction of the Assistant Program Director.

Facilitates ongoing supervision of Case Managers and Annual Job Performance Appraisals.

Ensures all case management information is accurately entered in Securmanage (counseling sessions, group participation, actions taken in advocating services for assigned caseload, interventions required, resolutions as a result of incidents, etc…)

Ensures all resident daily and weekly paperwork is completed timely and accurately.

Facilitates assigned groups as designated in program activity schedule for residents.

Serves as liaison with Case Managers and community, local, state, and federal agencies.

Participates in weekly Program Review Team (PRT) meetings.

Assists in facilitating weekly subsistence meeting in ensuring resident compliance.

Attends staff meetings and other meetings and trainings as required.

Maintains caseload as needed.

Conducts monthly audits of resident case files.

Reviews/screens case management paperwork prior to submission to Assistant Program Director.

Facilitates weekly Case Management Meeting.

Job Qualifications:

BS/BA degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related-field preferred.

2 to 3 years relevant experience working within a residential program, correctional program, or human services program.

1 to 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.

The Crime and Justice Institute (CJI) is a non-profit organization working at the local, state, and national level to improve public safety and the delivery of justice. CJI provides technical assistance, research, and other services to improve outcomes in policing, the corrections system, pre-trial, re-entry, community supervision, and juvenile justice.
