Job Description:

• \tMay perform routine test article/product preparation according to work instructions.
• \tMay execute routine testing per NAMSA SOPs, with appropriate data analysis.
• \tMay communicate test schedule updates to NAMSA management as needed.
• \tMay provide on the job training.
• \tAssure testing/test article preparation/product is performed within due dates.
• \tMay prepare and maintain reagents and/or test articles as required for testing.
• \tMaintain ancillary records (logbooks, worksheets).
• \tMaintain relevant supplies and equipment used in routine testing.
• \tRoutes all excursions or unusual testing occurrences to management.
• \tMay order and/or stock supplies subject to approval.
• \tMay be responsible for checking laboratory equipment, being on-call and respond to continuous monitoring alarms. If needed, the Associate will respond in accordance with criteria outlined in Standard Operating Procedures.
• \tPerforms routine calculations, interprets results.
• \tMay be required to operate autoclave.
• \tMay communicate with Clients to clarify testing requirements.
• \tOther duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Technical Competencies:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and at least 4 years of experience, or Bachelor degree and no experience.
• Sound judgment with effective decision making skills and the ability to solve problems or escalate as needed.

• Knowledge of metric system, scientific applications, experimental design, and data evaluation.
• Ability to work in GMP/GLP environment.

Pay Range Minimum:
$17.79

Pay Range Target:
$25.00

Pay Frequency:
Hourly

Please Note: Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
