Reporting to the Director of Brand Protection, Security and Resiliency (BPS&R) in North America, the Security Manager’s role is responsible for managing and guiding BPS&R at multiple sites across the US. The sites are located in multipe states and vary with regards to operations, site security personnel, remote monitoring systems and the local business – manufacturing, office, R&D, etc. The role requires the ability to lead, advise and manage remotely and collaborate with multiple functions. The objective is to design and implement risk based BPS&R programs for multiple sites and operations by assessing and mitigating risks with regard to the workforce, workplaces, assets and customers, while ensuring these meet company and government standards and regulations.
