Position Summary:

As the Senior Manager of Talent Enablement and Learning Technology, you will develop and implement a global onboarding playbook to standardize business and role-specific onboarding journeys and training materials, oversee the delivery of engaging onboarding programs, and collaborate with leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify needs and enhance the onboarding experience. You will centralize and design high-quality training materials, regularly update programs based on feedback, and lead global project teams to effectively promote and engage new hires. This role will also develop and execute strategies to scale our global training centers and learning technologies, ensuring high-quality on-site training experiences and integrating advanced learning tools across various business units. Additionally, you will also lead the yearly strategic training plans for Beer Commercial, Strategic Enterprise Functions, and Growth, aligning initiatives with business needs, defining training roadmaps, and supervising the execution of training plans and specialized sessions.

 

Responsibilities:

Business Unit Onboarding Training Strategy:


  • Develop and implement a global onboarding playbook to standardize the design of business and role-specific onboarding journeys and training materials.

  • Oversee the delivery of engaging and consistent onboarding programs across all business units, partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to identify onboarding needs and gather input for program development.

  • Partner with the employee experience team to support the development of workday journeys for business unit onboarding programs and leverage other learning technologies and platforms to enhance the onboarding experience and improve accessibility.

  • Centralize, audit, enhance, and design high-quality onboarding training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and multimedia resources.

  • Regularly assess and update onboarding programs based on feedback and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs, using data to inform enhancements and demonstrate ROI.

  • Lead global project teams of business subject matter experts, HR teams, facilitators, instructional designers, and administrators.

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote onboarding programs and engage new hires effectively.

Global Training Centers and Learning Technology Strategy:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for global training centers and learning technologies that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.

  • Oversee the expansion and governance of global training centers, ensuring they provide high-quality, consistent training experiences.

  • Identify and integrate cutting-edge learning technologies and platforms to centralize training assets and ensure engaging and interactive experiences accessible to all employees.

  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Enterprise learning to ensure alignment of enterprise content/programs to integrate business specific content within our Workday LMS and other learning tools and systems.

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of learning tools and systems to ensure a positive user experience and continuous improvement of the usability and functionality of digital learning tools and platforms.

  • Stay current with trends and advancements in learning technologies, applying innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience.

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital learning solutions and oversee the budget for learning technology initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver high value.

  • Develop system guides to support training of employees on the use of digital learning tools and technologies, promoting adoption and engagement.

Talent Development Planning (Beer Commercial, Strategic Enterprise Functions, Growth):


  • Manage the execution of yearly strategic training plans for Beer Operations and Wine & Spirits operations in partnership with department leaders, Talent Partner, HR teams, and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business needs and goals.

  • Define a training roadmap based on TNA and business unit priorities, incorporating enterprise-level talent development offerings.

  • Establish project plans and operational budgets for various programs and initiatives.

  • Oversee the execution of all operational training plans for operations, including scheduling, vendor management, budget, resources, facilitation, materials, and evaluations.

  • Supervise the execution of technical programs and specialized training sessions.

  • Design and implement training center strategies for Beer Commercial, Strategic Enterprise Functions, and Growth.

  • Support the implementation of talent development initiatives arising from the global leadership succession and talent review process for Beer Commercial, Strategic Enterprise Functions, and Growth.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years on all-around training management.

  • Minimum of 5 years on Talent Development management.

  • Strong global mindset with the ability to design solutions that are scalable and adaptable across various markets/regions and considers the diverse cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes that influence the organization.

  • Knowledge of training techniques and organizational development theories, adult learning principals, curriculum development techniques, such as ADDIE, and e-learning standards (e.g. SCORM and AICC).

  • Extensive experience in training and development, with a proven track record in a managerial role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on training effectiveness.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic training initiatives.

  • Proficiency in creating KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.

  • Talent Assessments certifications (Hogan, Birkman, DiSC, etc)

  • Legal knowledge on Mexican laws regarding training and Labor laws for various states in the United States (i.e. California)


  • Soft Skills: Interpersonal communication, negotiation, project management, strategic thinking, creativity, drive results, collaboration, planning, budget management.


  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office: PPT and Excel, Instructional design tools and technologies, HCM Knowledge (Workday), Learning Management System (LMS), and Workday Journeys, Lean Six Sigma, Agile / SCRUM


  • Languages: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Preferred Qualifications:


  • This position requires approximately 15-30% travel. 

  • Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods. 

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.

The salary range for this role is:


$95,500.00 - $201,300.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
