The Impact You'll Make in this Role
This position you must demonstrate basic master data knowledge set up for material, customers or vendors to ensure proper utilization of the material master to confirm all request have appropriate approvals, supporting documentation and work is done and communicated in a timely manner.

As an Export Delivery Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Develop expertise on data governance and processes

  • Develop expertise in material extension, prices listing, deal price process.

  
  

  • Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests for assigned Key account (i.e., material /extend, cleansing, replacement, validate licenses availability, material CLP. MSP. PF, UOM, MOQ, etc.). Includes follow-up with the business on missing fields or incorrect data

  
  

  • Responsible for completing assigned task aligned with business commitment and guidelines (i.e., material extension, cleansing etc.)

  
  

  • Maintain material set up workflow process clear for business group

  
  

  • Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility

  
  

  • Be a point of contact for Business(s) for Material requests (new Material extension for sales org/plant approved, extension mirror)

  
  

  • Responsible for Escalation of issues as needed

  
  

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND Two (2) years of experience in supply chain management, global sourcing, or export operations.

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND a minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in supply chain management, global sourcing, or export operations.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 2+ years' of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in ERP deployments and data setup.


• 2+ years' experience with Incoterms, International Transportation, Freight Forwarders and/or global sourcing.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working with global companies in a matrixed structure: Engaging with divisions and subsidiaries and end customers.


• Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.


• The individual must be highly organized & able to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent analytical skills to identify process improvement opportunities, coupled with the ability to create and maintain process documentation.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
