The TPM Engineer is responsible for leading the planning, development and execution of Total Productive Maintenance within the manufacturing site. The role is fundamental in supporting and leading safety, quality and productivity improvements thru the application of TPM and loss elimination initiatives.

You Will:
Develop Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean-Six Sigma capabilities at the site
Have responsibility for planning, leading and supporting TPM implementation at the site including Autonomous Maintenance; Preventative Maintenance, Early Equipment Management and Focus Teams
Be the subject matter expert on TPM processes and implementation
Provide overall support, assistance, direction and communication to Management teams regarding TPM Initiatives
Lead CI events through hands-on participation
Other job related duties as assigned
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
Minimum two (2) years of experience working in manufacturing
Experience with continual improvement
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
Strong computer skills
Ability to work up to and sometimes more than 40 hours/week in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
