Major Duties :• Assists in the development of new products and enhancements to existing products to advance NTAM's strategic business and product objectives
• Collaborates with other members of the Product Management team to ensure the timely and effective implementation of product initiatives, including coordination among all stakeholder groups
• Helps confirm that all individual services necessary to satisfy a fund's investment, operational and administrative requirements have been identified, resourced, qualified and integrated into a comprehensive, coordinated whole
• Helps support the Marketing and Sales teams concerning the investment and administrative properties of NTAM's Mutual Fund products, product positioning, competitive analysis, quality-assurance reviews or product literature, etc.
• Solves problems in straightforward situations
• Analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
• Seeks to achieve excellence and to support the achievement of excellence by others
• Actively seeks to align with departmental goals
• Provides informal guidance to new team members

Knowledge :• Requires basic knowledge of the asset management business and the investment product landscape
• Requires developed data management, analytical, and communication skills
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work

Experience :• At least seven years' experience in managing registered investment funds, fund accounting, or fund administration (or other equivalent experience)
• Bachelor degree; evidence of pursuit of the CFA designation is strongly preferred.
