As the Digital Imaging Workflow Assistant, you will act as an administrator for the Commander Photo Management System: performing user setup, regulation and preparing for future business needs. You will enter the product page photo plans (shot notes) into the Commander System from the Filemaker Pro database, and will assign attributes to shot notes, create tracking and reporting documents to aid in credible and timely photo shot lists. In addition, you will maintain the photo shot list as business needs evolve and notify respective parties of changes. You will partner with our studio, sample room, creative and styling teams for system accountability and task tracking. Activities may include but are not limited to: data importing, entry and updating, intermediate excel spreadsheet interaction, proofreading, enforcing optimal standardization techniques, vendor post-production work requests, user support and training, and cross departmental communication.
