About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team supporting large-scale infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and producing reports. This position offers the opportunity to enhance document control processes and directly influence project efficiency. By collaborating with senior project staff, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our transportation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively under the direction of Senior Project staff.
  • The Candidate will be part of the Program Management team and have responsibilities to maintain and produce reports using the LA Metro preferred platform Primavera Unifier, a component of Oracle project management information systems platform.
  • Oversee document control process improvement, development of new procedures based on HNTB Program Management implement plan section on document management.

Skills and Attributes

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years experience in document control.
  • 5+ years experience in the transportation industry.
  • Experience working on large, complex, public works Infrastructure Engineering programs or projects.
  • Oracle Primavera Unifier experience and proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant Document Controls experience.
  • Bachelors degree in related field.

Compensation Details

The salary range listed for this role is $104k-$154k. The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidates level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, etc.
