Compensation Range
Hourly: $18.00 - $21.15 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to provide timely investigation and completion of ACH Regulation E dispute cases and processing of subpoenas.
Essential Functions
Perform tasks of low to moderate complexity
Meet accuracy and timeliness measures for work performed
Perform other duties as assigned
Conduct automated clearing house (ACH) and Zelle billing error dispute investigations to minimize risk and financial loss
Handle comprehensive analysis of account activities
Provide phone coverage for inbound customer calls
Investigate and communicate with Originating Depository Financial Institution (ODFI) and/or merchants for purposes of investigating the customer's dispute and recovery of bank funds
Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, such as Regulation E
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of the banking industry, including best practices and regulations, such as Regulation E
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and casts a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Ability to learn new processes quickly
Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years financial services or related experience required
1+ years customer service experience required
