Job Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. This individual will align their efforts with Kloeckner's business strategy, focusing on growing sales, addressing customer needs, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Service Existing Accounts and Develop New Business: Plan and organize daily work schedules to visit existing and potential customers and actively seek new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales in the territory
Customer Problem Resolution: Investigate customer complaints and resolve them by developing solutions and making recommendations to management and ensure all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with inside sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met, and problems are resolved quickly and completely
Reporting and Communication: Submit regular activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis and maintain open communication with management to keep them informed of progress and any issues within the territory.
Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, and participating in relevant professional societies
Maintain Sales Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and historical sales data for the territory
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other tasks as needed to support sales efforts and Kloeckner’s business goals
