RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• The Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage communication and feedback between the creative team, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery


• Daily coordination across cross functional Teams and partners


• Oversee campaign budgets (ranging from $5k to $20k), ensuring accuracy in Salesforce or PIO, and updating statuses in the respective tools


• Collaborate with suppliers to design onsite marketing campaigns that align with their goals


• Analyze performance data to derive insights and create actionable reports


• Develop narratives from data to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI to suppliers


• Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers


• The Digital Marketing Coordinator will ensure that suppliers understand their performance metrics and how to improve


• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to address any issues or opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the campaign process


• Problem-solving mindset is key


• Strong relationship management with internal teams and external suppliers


• Able to say "no" when needed to manage timelines and expectations


• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns (30 campaigns) at once


• Experience with Smartsheets, Excel, Workfront (WF), Salesforce (SF)


• Highly-organized


• Proactive, go getter personality


• Self starter


• Agency-side experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
