General Duties:

Checks pallet quality all day every day

Ensures employees are where they need to be all day

Ensures employees are doing what they need to do every day

Communicates directly with Plant Manager

Helps wherever needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Frequent lifting and bending.


• Ability of standing and walk for extended periods of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• The work environment consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot.


• Exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection is provided).


• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving forklifts.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday 7am until at least 5pm sometimes later, sometimes earlier


• Some Saturday work may be required
