Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our US Northeast region to drive delivery and growth of our Subsea cables Project work. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead multi-discipline teams in delivering fiber optic cable survey and installation projects which span multiple national and international jurisdictions with complex ownership and funding structures.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Drive project delivery in alignment with Earned Value
- Drive preparation of Plans of Work (PoW), Desktop Reports, Permit Feasibility Studies, Permits in Principal and multi-disciplinary specialist studies as required
- Direct preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules and design for projects
- Establish measurable Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) tasks and track financial performance and implement change management
- Develop and engage controls teams to closely monitor and pivot projects to successful completion.
- Develop, monitor, report and action project budgets and schedules
- Grow relationships with clients and outside consultants
- Manage stakeholders in support of successful project delivery
- Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation actions
- Assist in leading the continued growth and development of our submarine telecommunications cable market share with US based clients.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience within a consulting engineering firm and 5 years with a major marine engineering contractor with submarine experience
- International offshore project delivery (design-build, progressive design build, etc.) required
- Linear Infrastructure Permitting and Regulatory Compliance Expertise
