As a Sr Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our Transportation/Shipping operations, ensuring flawless execution of site support tasks. Job Responsibilities:

• **Receives and delivers incoming deliveries** by storage environment.
  
  


• **Data entry** into the electronic workbooks.
  
  


• **Distributes supplies, packages, and equipment** across campus.
  
  


• **Applies company vehicles** for site transportation, including box trucks, vans, and forklifts/pallet jacks. No CDL needed.
  
  

Education and Experience:

• **High / Secondary school diploma** or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  
  


• **Minimum of 2 years of experience** in a similar role.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to **work independently** in a fast-paced environment.
  
  


• Ability to **navigate between systems**.
  
  


• Consistently **positive attitude** and the ability to interact effectively with others.
  
  


• Strong **oral and written communication skills**.
  
  


• Working knowledge of computers, software applications, and other technology.
  
  


• Experience in **data entry** and understanding of inventory monitoring.
  
  


• May require knowledge of **shipping service operations and software** such as FedEx, UPS, etc.
