Present and promote services to existing and prospective clients as directed by the Sales and Marketing Account Manager.
Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
Identify and establish connections with new sales prospects.
Collaborate with local and national operations to enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and contribute to overall success.
Operate under tight deadlines to meet specified timelines.
Attend marketing events as necessary and distribute marketing materials as required.
Set up and dismantle marketing displays as needed.
Provide management with quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of marketing events.
Continuously develop and maintain an understanding of services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Actively engage in key local industry groups and associations.
Identify and address client concerns to enhance overall sales performance.
Collaborate with local and national operations to foster customer satisfaction, increase sales, and support overall success.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
Experience in selling within one of the following industries: medical/healthcare, education, or multi-family housing.
Must possess a "hunter" mentality for sales.
Previous experience using CRM software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Willingness to travel locally frequently and maintain a flexible work schedule, including:
Travel to regional sales meetings in Chicago 1-2 times per year.
Coverage of MN, SD, ND, Northern IA, and Western WI-traveling to the entire coverage area is not mandatory, with a primary focus on Minnesota.
Additional Info:
Pay range: 60,000 to 70,000 base + commission
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, flexibility to work outside hours as business needs
Location: Hybrid flexibility - when not traveling, you have the option to work in the office OR work from home!
