Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative design methodologies, best practices, and processes that lead to exceptional design solutions


• Demonstrate exceptional conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, proactively conducting research to gather insights that inform your design decisions


• Lead the design of detailed, accessible, and on-brand digital initiatives that address customer needs, business objectives, and project KPIs with minimal oversight


• Confidently present and communicate the intention behind your design decisions and their intended impact on the user experience to internal teams and client stakeholders


• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and methodologies, especially in the digital space, and share your knowledge with the team


• Develop strong relationships across multi-disciplinary project and client teams, effectively managing your time and proactively communicating with project teams


• Lead small project tracks autonomously and mentor junior-level team members in their professional development


• Embody a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work ethic, leading by example and fostering a fun, engaging work environment

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of exceptional visual design experience, preferably in a digital agency setting


• Polished client presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate how your work addresses client challenges


• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)


• Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs is a plus


• A keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment


• A growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve your design skills
