Job Description:

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $58.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Data Analyst Lead


• Testing a number of new capabilities for the Hadoop platform

• Working with customers to resolve any issues that they encounter as the get up and running

• Creation of user documentation/training materials

• Code optimization - as the connections and conditions change, update;

• Planning and executing user program migration -- (Go through user programs making sure coordinating production, make sure it's up and running)


Heavy technical role, with user engagement



Describe the must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order:


• Apache Impala

• Apache Spark

• Bash, Python and C/C++.

• Creating End User Training Manuals

• End User Training

• Hadoop Cloudera

• Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS)

• PySpark

• Python - preferred;
