Job Description:

Medical Management International, Inc. (dba Banfield Pet Hospital), Multiple Openings, Lead Veterinarian - Fontana, CA / Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, CA metro area. DUTIES: Perform the duties of an Associate Veterinarian with a focus on regulatory and quality compliance. Communicate, demonstrate and support a culture of quality and safety at the hospital level to optimize medical care, client experience, associate engagement and hospital performance. Serve as the Radiation Safety Officer for the hospital. MIN. REQTS: DVM degree (foreign equivalent accepted), CA veterinary license and one year practicing as a veterinarian. Client needs & work volume may require 40+ hrs./week to complete essential duties. Requires working weekends & evenings. Employer reserves right to conduct background check prior to hire. TRAVEL: May be asked to cover shifts as needed for Associate Veterinarians or Lead Veterinarians on PTO at Banfield hospitals owned and operated by Medical Management International, Inc. (dba Banfield Pet Hospital) located within same MSA/area of intended employment; such coverage involves local travel within MSA. Annual domestic travel for vendor visits and associate education may be required. $102,000-$195,000/ year plus a stipend per pay period, plus production bonuses.
