Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager, Automation Engineering in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to leveraging data analysis tools to explore moderately complex data, dvlps & tests hypotheses, uses data to influence strategic work, & blds & presents insights. Bachelor's or equiv in Eng'g, Supply Chain, or rel. fld + 4 yrs of exp in eng'g, supply chain, or rel. OR 6 yrs of exp in eng'g, supply chain, or rel. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Data collection & aggregation using visualization tools like Power BI, Quickbase & Qlik Sense; Performing Pareto Analysis to identify top issues for order backlog & claims; Performing root cause analysis using tools like 5W+1H & Ishikawa Diagram; Identifying & documenting standard procedures to improve current processes using Lean & Six Sigma techniques.
