Join our collaborative community-based, team, working with families in crisis to create stability in their home instead of hospitalization.
Based out of our Marshfield Office, our Plymouth In-Home Therapy program is an intensive therapeutic intervention for families and youth. In-home therapists provide structured, family focused, strength-based, services to children/adolescents under 21 and their families both in the home and community.
Use your creativity to teach skills to youth and their families such as:
improving social, emotional skills such as problem solving
setting limits
planning for safety and risk management
improving communication
In-Home Therapy is a wrap-around model of care and pairs each Master's level clinician with a Bachelor's Level Therapeutic Training and Support worker to jointly address the needs of the family.
The Plymouth area may cover Marshfield, Duxbury, Plymouth, Carver, Kingston, Scituate, and Pembroke.
This is a full-time salaried position with potential to earn additional money!

Salary is $60,000 for up to two years of post-grad experience and $65,000 for over two years
Required Skills
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Access to a personal vehicle for client transportation
Bilingual is a plus, in Spanish or Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Computer proficiency required
Required Experience
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field with eligibility for licensure
Prior experience with diagnosis and assessment
CANS Certification required and may be obtained after hired
Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred
