This position is responsible for providing custom sales and client deliverables support. Responsibilities include generating proposals and reports and modifying presentations, collateral, and other materials to support business development, retention, and upsell with Oxford's clients.

Utilize proposal and project management methodologies to meet milestones for the preparation of formal bids in response to customers' specifications and requirements
Participate in proposal strategy meetings to identify and document solutions, win themes, and discriminators
Work closely with the sales team and internal Subject Matter Experts to produce and deliver technically accurate, high-quality, on-time responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFI's), and Adhoc proposals
Effectively use existing data to address recurring content inquiries and develop strong proposals
Audit and create proposal artifacts, including customer research, data compilations, special analysis projects, etc.
Evaluate proposal content for clarity, consistency, and responsiveness to requirements and follow up with contributors to close any gaps
Ensure on-time submission of the proposal responses
Additional Responsibilities
Develop customized sales materials, including whitepapers and PowerPoint presentations that are consistent with Oxford's branding guidelines
Proficient with Canva
Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
Identify gaps in current materials and assist with the creation of new content to fill those gaps
Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base that houses proposal content and information
Manage, create and generalize reports on accounts in leveraging Tableau and market data software
Lead vendor profile setup and other administrative requirements as needed
Manage multiple proposal requests and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
Work with the Proposals Manager and Vice President of Strategic Operations on process improvements, including proposal content enhancements, and other duties as assigned
Skills
Marketing content strategy and design experience
Ability to convey business value or complex technical solutions in a concise language understood by a range of audiences
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate shifting priorities, respond to short-term deadlines and carry heavy and diverse workloads with tight timelines
Fundamental understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Education
Bachelor's Level Degree
Experience
Three years of professional business writing and communications experience (experience in the consulting industry is a plus)
