Bookkeeper


Our client, a locksmith company, is currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team. This role is a temp to permanent opportunity and onsite in Dorchester, MA. In this role you will be responsible for the bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable. The team works close together and they are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who can to roll up their sleeves and get the job done! Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience as well as Quickbooks experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process 200+ invoices a week


• Assist with accounts receivable invoices


• Record cash deposits


• Help with account reconciliations


• File and organize paperwork as needed
