Responsibilities

The Successful Candidate Will:



  • Assume Leadership: Take command of the Commercial Northeast Region after mastering our comprehensive training program.


  • Drive Business Excellence: Manage and enhance multiple branch offices to increase sales, ensure top-tier service, and meet revenue and profitability targets through strategic analysis and prioritization.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Uphold stringent compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


  • Vehicle Policy Oversight: Ensure all company vehicle policies and procedures are followed within the region.


  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead branch managers and key personnel, promoting a culture of professional growth and excellence.


  • Sales Leadership: Aggressively drive sales initiatives and regional results.


  • Operational Improvements: Identify and execute best practices, cost reductions, and service enhancements.


  • Strategic HR Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and HR to make key critical decisions regarding hiring, promotions, succession planning, performance, and terminations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:



  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.


  • Licenses: Valid driver's license with the ability to secure a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment, facilitated and financed by the company.


  • Independence: Capability to work autonomously and manage route-based assignments effectively.


  • Management Experience: At least 5-7 years of multi-operational or sales management experience in a performance-focused environment.


  • Financial Oversight: Demonstrable experience with Profit & Loss responsibility, including a deep understanding of cost management and financial strategy.


  • Customer Engagement: Proven track record of exceptional customer relations.


  • Business Acumen: Extensive experience in managing P&L, streamlining business processes, and implementing operational enhancements.


  • Leadership Skills: Established a history of mentoring, coaching, and leading teams towards profitable growth and operational excellence.


  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required by job demands.

This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership ability, and a hands-on approach to management and operations. It is ideally suited for a candidate who excels in dynamic and challenging environments.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Industry Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a service industry or a business with recurring revenue, demonstrating an understanding of customer retention and service delivery.


  • Sales Expertise: 2-5 years in sales or sales management, showcasing a proven ability to drive revenue growth and lead sales teams effectively.
