Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This role is ideal for a recent law graduate or an attorney with less than two years of experience. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior counsel to provide legal support across a variety of matters, with a focus on compliance, litigation, and transactional work. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and internal inquiries.
Provide litigation support, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Review, revise, and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and external parties.
Support senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Maintain case files, documentation, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
0-3 years of experience
Admitted to practice law or pending admission to the bar in (State).
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or clerkship experience in a law firm, corporate, or in-house legal setting.
Knowledge of healthcare, senior living, or regulatory law is a plus.
