The Medical Teamis seeking anexperienced Site Supervisorwho will directly supervise multiple Home Health Aides (PCAs, MAs, CNAs, etc) in Independent Living Facility.
Duties include management functions, such as conducting performance reviews, disciplinary functions, staff scheduling, managing shift coverage, conducting training, customer service and employee relations, in addition to overseeing daily activities, manage staff, oversee activities directly related to patient's care.
Additional qualifications include:
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experienceMinimum of 5 years caregiving experienceMust work flexible hours including weekendsParticipate in on-call rotationAbility to work independently as well as within a team environmentGood verbal and written communication skills
