5 years of staff management- EXPERIENCE A MUST!!Experience with managing multiple locationsAble to work rotational weekends/on-callCPR/BLS CertificationAbility to work independently as well as within a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAssisted Living or Independent Living Experience PreferredMust be able to assist covering shiftsProvide patient care when necessary
