Inspects assigned truck for damage or problems at the beginning of the shift.
Measures to get a tare weight at beginning of the shift.
Drives 60 ton trucks from the Port to Scrap Lines.
Accurately records weight from payload meter for scrap hauled to lines.
Drives 60 ton trucks from Port to Scrap Line.
Drives trucks over scales and record accurate load weights for scrap hauled to the Scrap Line.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds - (High Physical Demand Level per DOL)
Must meet and maintain certification for use of respiratory protective equipment as required by OSHA 1910.134
Demonstrated aptitude to execute customer orders and maintain
Requires work in all types of weather conditions
Requires working on and around barges and water
Must be available to work all shifts and weekends including 12 hours shifts
